Rozella Haydée White

Rozella Haydée White (she/her/ella), the #LoveBigCoach, is a Social Impact Entrepreneur,
public theologian, and spiritual life and leadership coach dedicated to fostering racial healing
and justice. As the co-founder of Racial Healing & Wellness Coaching LLC, Rozella supports
women in embodying racial justice and wellness through coaching, content creation, and
cohort-based learning, centering on individual and communal liberation. She holds a Master of Arts in Religion from United Lutheran Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and African Studies from Texas Southern University. Rozella is certified in coaching, youth ministry, disaster chaplaincy, and nonprofit board management and is pursuing her Professional Coaching Credential through the International Coaching Federation. A sought-after speaker and author of Love Big: The Power of Revolutionary Relationships to Heal the World, Rozella’s work invites bold love, transformative leadership, and justice-driven living for a healed and thriving world.
