Roger Kluck

Roger has twenty years of experience in conflict transformation and trauma recovery work. He is a facilitator and mediator trained in Restorative Justice, Compassionate Listening, Nonviolent Communication, and conflict transformation through the Alternatives to Violence Project. He has served as a Director, President, and board member for several NGOs and is an advocate and lobbyist on prison and reentry issues. Roger has also worked for 25 years as an environmental attorney with state agencies, NGOs, and in private practice. Before pursuing a career in law, he was trained in wildlife and natural resources management.
