SESSION DESCRIPTION

We will start by orienting ourselves to the nature of AI, Capitalism, and Consciousness through a liberatory framework in the contemporary age. We will then explore our relationships with ourselves, each other, nature and Divine through embodied and contemplative exercises. Awareness of the fundamental nature of these relationships invites a harmonious connection with life – creating a reciprocal loop between hope and practice. We will explore our stories in this context.
