Maya Mineoi

Maya Mineoi, 三根生 真矢, MA, LPCC is a somatic therapist and educator. They use psychosomatic theories, movement, grounding practices, and stillness to help each nervous system embody presence. With play and gentleness, participants will attune themselves to their surroundings and their needs for freedom, connection, and rest. Trained in Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, Insight Meditation, and Experiential Anatomy, Maya encourages individuals and collectives to tap into the wealth of information in each bodymind.
